The Outpatient Clinic of the Institute of Forensic Psychiatry was established by the Institute’s order of 27 December 2021 No. 238 “On Commissioning of the Structure”. Its activities are guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Statute of the Institute, and orders issued by the Director of the Institute. The Outpatient Clinic was set up with the mission to provide highly specialized consultative-diagnostic, therapeutic, psychiatric, narcological, psychotherapeutic, psychocorrective assistance to adults and children with mental and behavioral disorders, directed by other healthcare institutions, or who sought assistance by themselves, in accordance with the license of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 10 October 2012, AD No. 063429.
