Main responsibilities:

• To analyze, develop, implement and improve the organization, systems and methods of monitoring services for individuals with addictions.
• To determine strategic performance and efficiency indicators of interventions for individuals with addictions.
• To analyze and forecast the efficiency of services for individuals with addictions.
• To initiate and work out programs, methods, and action plans aimed at organizing and standardizing services for individuals with addictions at primary, secondary, and highly specialized levels.
• To analyze and forecast the progress of rehabilitation programs, as well as to prepare suggestions for their improvement.
• To prepare suggestions for improving legal acts on the organization and standardization of services for individuals with addictions.
• To analyze the provision of integrated services for substance users with comorbidities like HIV, tuberculosis, and hepatitis while providing services to individuals with addictions.
