The Academic Council of the Institute of Forensic Psychiatry of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine is a collegial consultative body for managing scientific research, scientific-methodological, scientific-organizational, educational-scientific, educational, and publishing activities.

Main objectives:

• To define the development strategy and promising areas of scientific research activities of the Institute.
• To shape the problematic issues of scientific research carried out at the Institute.
• To analyze and evaluate the results of scientific research, scientific-methodological, educational-scientific, publishing, and scientific-organizational activities of the Institute.
