The Government Resolution of 14.07.2021 No.725 «On Approval of the Provisions on the Continuous Professional Development of Healthcare and Pharmacy Workers», defines the continuous professional development (CPD) of healthcare workers as continuous training and improving professional competencies of healthcare workers that contributes to maintain or increase their professional level pursuant to the needs of the healthcare industry.

Thanks to this training system, the healthcare professionals are able to continuously improve their knowledge and skills, receiving points to extend their educational portfolio and pass the certification, the procedure of which was approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health of 22.02.2019 No.446 «Some Issues of Continuous Development of Doctors».

The Institute of Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatric Examination and Drug Monitoring of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine was registered as CPD provider and was assigned entry No. 1205.
