Following the Law of Ukraine “On Changes to the Law of Ukraine “On Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors”, as well as the Law of Ukraine “On Measures against Illegal Trafficking and Abuse of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors” ORDER:
1. To approve tables as follows:
1.1. Table of Small, Big, and Especially Big Amounts of Narcotic Drugs that are in Illegal Trafficking (attached).
1.2. Table of Small, Big, and Especially Big Amounts of Psychotropic Substances that are in Illegal Trafficking (attached).
1.3. Table of Big and Especially Big Amounts of Precursors that are in Illegal Trafficking (attached).
2. To consider ceased to be in force the Order of the Drugs Control Committee No. 1 of 27.01.1997 “On Approval of the Tables of Small, Big, and Especially Big Amounts of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, and Precursors that are in Illegal Trafficking”, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 24 June 1977 with No. 235/2039.
3. To charge Deputy Minister Korotko O.Sh. with supervising the execution of this Order.
